Ava Bensimon was admitted to the Paris Bar in January 2022 and is a member of the M&A – Private Equity team. Her main role is to advise investors, shareholders and executive on M&A and private equity transactions. After three years at Ayache, she joined Bretlim Fortuny in 2024.
