Bretlim Fortuny supports the acquisition of 4 hypermarkets

Foncière Magellan and MTV Capital acquire 4 hypermarkets in exceptional locations.
Bretlim Fortuny advises Foncière Magellan and MTV Capital on the acquisition of four hypermarkets located in south-east France, with a total surface area of approximately 57,000 m².
These shops, which are now leased to the Auchan Group following Casino’s sale of its business assets, are located in busy shopping centres in the highly attractive areas of Nîmes, Fréjus, Aix-en-Provence and Istres.
The deal will enable the two companies to extend their influence and launch major new projects.
The team comprising Xavier Bourdet and Emily Jullion (partners) and Coline Delemotte and Lucas Leroux (counsels) was involved in the legal structuring, negotiations and financing of the deal.
