Bretlim Fortuny assisted the partners of Services Voltige with its integration into the NA Group.

Services Voltige, based in Loire-Atlantique and Normandy, specialises in difficult access work requiring the use of special access equipment. Offering maintenance, cleaning and construction services, Services Voltige has built up a strong reputation in the offshore wind energy sector, as well as in industrial, urban, nuclear and naval maintenance.

Bretlim Fortuny has been working with Services Voltige and its managers since the company was set up in 2013. In May 2024, Aymeric Foucher and Alexandre Blacteau, partners and directors, decided to join the NA Group, which also specialises in work at height, difficult access and special works.
On completion of the transaction, Aymeric Foucher and Alexandre Blacteau became Managing Directors of Services Voltige and joined the management committee of the NA Group, whose objective is to become the European leader in difficult access work.

A team comprising Noëlle Morin, partner, and Aurélie Cadiet, lawyer, assisted and advised the Services Voltige partners on the legal and tax aspects of the transaction.
