Bretlim Fortuny advises Tryon, a French pioneer in the micro-methanisation of biowaste, in its fundraising.

Tryon, a company specialising in the design, sale, construction and operation of small-scale biowaste methanisation facilities, has welcomed Eren Groupe, a major player in energy efficiency and the production and storage of renewable energy, to its capital.

The aim of this €6 million round of funding is to enable Tryon to accelerate its development with a view to deploying micro-biomethanisation plants in France and Europe, as close as possible to urban centres.
Lucas Leroux, counsel, and Marie-Caroline Lafond, partner, advised Tryon on the private equity aspects of the transaction.

Tryon was also advised on project development by a Fieldfisher team comprising Sonia Dib, Anne Ducros and partner Jean-Baptiste Van de Voorde.

Eren Groupe was advised by BCTG Avocats, including partners Augustin Nicolle and Cyprien Dufournier, and Pierre de Kerpoisson.
