Noëlle Morin began her career in 2005 with Bretlim Fortuny, becoming a partner in 2011. She provides day-to-day support to companies and corporate groups, bringing an expertise in corporate law. More specifically, she advises and assists them with their ongoing legal compliance as well as the execution of exceptional transactions, including equity transactions, restructurings, external growth operations, business transfers, and asset sales.
