Involving assets valued at over 70 million euros, this operation was based on the involvement of a banking pool and aims to ensure intergenerational transfer, optimize the asset structure, and support the development of new projects.
Xavier Bourdet and Lucas Leroux, lawyers at the Bretlim Fortuny firm, advised the family in particular on corporate and financing matters.
