Strategic restructuring and refinancing operation

Bretlim Fortuny is supporting the family group, a historic owner-operator of an iconic building listed as part of the city of Paris’ historical heritage, in a strategic restructuring and refinancing operation.

Involving assets valued at over 70 million euros, this operation was based on the involvement of a banking pool and aims to ensure intergenerational transfer, optimize the asset structure, and support the development of new projects.
