Bretlim Fortuny alongside Colibee
Bretlim Fortuny worked alongside Colibee and its founder in its merger with EIM Group.
Bretlim Fortuny is delighted to have supported Olivier Fernandes, founder and CEO of Colibee, a major player in freelance consulting for interim management and IT, in the acquisition of Colibee by the Swiss EIM Group.
This merger, supported by IdiCo, which acquired a stake in the EIM Group in 2022, will enable Colibee and its expertise to continue to grow, particularly internationally.
Marie-Caroline Lafond and Edwige Michaudel, partners, and Clara Béguier (lawyer), advised the founder on the legal and tax aspects of the transaction.
EIM Group was advised on the legal aspects by a team from Kalliope Avocats, comprising of Ava Sereshki and partner Tanguy d’Everlange.
