Bretlim Fortuny advises the Exodon Group on the sale of S3A, 2LTP and TERREXO.

These acquisitions will enable the Charier Group to strengthen its presence in the sanitation, fibre-optic network installation and asbestos removal sectors in Loire-Atlantique (44).

Bretlim Fortuny has been working with the Exodon Group, which specialises in construction and public works, since 2015.

Thibault Griffon (Partner) and Julia Le Fol (lawyer) worked on the corporate and M&A aspects.
