Bretlim Fortuny assists Imeon Energy and its CEO Christophe Goasguen with their IPO
Based in Brest, Imeon Energy is a pioneer in technological solutions based on artificial intelligence for energy autonomy, and a leader in self-sufficient solar applications with storage.
The company is raising private funds prior to its admission to Euronext Access+ on 7 August 2024. This first step will enable the company to finance its growth and launch a new range of products on a global market.
Bretlim Fortuny has supported Imeon Energy and its management since the company was founded in 2013.
Bretlim Fortuny’s partner Michel Peters assisted the company and its management with the legal and tax aspects of the transaction, alongside Fieldfisher’s Stock Exchange and Capital Markets team, which was involved in the regulatory aspects.
