Bretlim Fortuny assisted Mr and Mrs Vène in the sale of the Saint-Guénolé pharmacy in Batz-sur-Mer (44) to Bertan Oner and Pierre-Yves Boudard.

Thibault Griffon (Partner) and Florian Lavoipierre (jurist) advised on the legal aspects of the transfer of control.

The transaction was carried out with the assistance of Séverine Lecou (P.O.D).
