Commercial pre-emption right in Paris
By Resolution No. 2024 DAE 26 dated February 6–9, 2024, the City of Paris established, as of August 7, 2024, a commercial pre-emption right in certain districts of Paris, applicable to business assets, artisanal businesses, and commercial leases.
